Mike Hudson brings the USCG Safe Boating class to Suisun City
Mike Hudson recently helped the District Eleven North United States Coast Guard Auxiliary secure a training space for their 8 week, safe boating classes. The commander has personally sent him a thank you letter for his help. Suisun City has an excellent waterfront, and it is great to be able to bring these kinds of positive community programs to the city!
"Dear Mr. Mike Hudson,
On behalf of the United States Coast Guard, the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and the general boating public, we wish to convey our gratitude for your assistance in locating training space for the recently completed 8 week Safe Boating class and the upcoming Navigation class.
The conference room provided to the USCG Aux by the Hampton Inn on the Suisun City Waterfront was the perfect venue and the hospitality by the staff was outstanding. Because of your assistance, we were able to graduate 12 students who are not only trained to be a safe boater but they also help create a safe environment for all those around.
Your local unit of the USCG Auxiliary appreciates the support of the City of Suisun and look forward to a continued partnership in supporting Safe Boating in our local waterways.
Sincerely,
Randel McCormick, FC53"
