The 11th Assembly District is the heart of the Delta and includes Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville, Rio Vista, Isleton, Walnut Grove, Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Byron, and Bethel Island. The district is split between Solano, Sacramento, and Contra Costa counties.
The district is a conservative district and has voted against Proposition 19 (Legalization of Marijuana) and for Proposition 8 (California Marriage Protection Act).
